Today a marathon was supposed to go right past our house. We had been talking about it all week. So, this morning we got out the cow bells and lawn chairs in anticipation. We waited and waited...only to find out from a neighbor that the marathon was cancelled. We didn't get to see a mass of runners but we did get to try out the new lawn chair (see photo) and cheer on our running friend (see video).

Cinco de Mayo Mud Splashing!

We went to a Cinco de Mayo party! Cooper and Sylvia celebrated by splashing in the mud puddles. They both took at least one face plant and both ended the night with water-filled galoshes...but really a fun time all around :)

And Baby makes 4!

Yes, we are expecting another baby mid-August! Cooper is excited, as you can see from the video. We do not know if we are having a boy or a girl, although he reliably says "sister" but waivers between "boy or girl". So far all is on track and both mama and baby are growing and developing as expected. We are excited and will keep you posted!
